Technology Resource Use Agreement

One to One Service Agreement (for requesting a school purchased device)

The WBCSD is moving to a one to one technology plan district-wide, grades K - 12. If planning to use a personal device to access the BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) Wireless Network, Western Beaver staff, Western Beaver students and guests will need to fill out the following 3 items:

1. Bring Your Own Device Form (an online form to gather information about your device)

2.  BYOD Agreement

3. Technology Resource User Agreement

These can be obtained in the Fairview or high school office or by clicking the links to the left. Please understand that there may be a few days processing time for the device to be added to the network.

**Western Beaver Students - you MUST return forms to the main offices BEFORE you will be added to the BYOD Network. 

For students in Grades K-5: It is assumed that all students will be participating and purchasing a device through the district’s technology service agreement of $50 for a Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.1” device. If you wish to purchase a personal device or have a financial hardship, please contact Mr. Busby at the Fairview Elementary office at 724.643.9680.

For students in Grades 6 -12 the district provides the option for each student to purchase a device through the district’s technology service agreement. This agreement will allow each student to receive an HP Chromebook at an annual cost of $75 for the initial student and $35 for any additional student in the household.
